Heavy Rain Plagues South

Some home owners in Southwest Manitoba are still cleaning up after heavy rain over the long weekend. One woman who lives south of Winkler said her front yard and driveway are still under more than a metre of water. Winkler got 71 millimetres of rain between midnight Friday and Monday. Environment Canada said Deerwood got 101 mm, Morden 89, Sprague 73 and Carman and Gretna both 58.
