Former Senator Crying Fowl

Former Manitoba Senator Sharon Carstairs says the whole Mike Duffy business sounded wrong from the start. Carstairs says "gifts" to politicians are usually considered bribes. Prime Minister Stephen Harper has pledged to tighten the rules in the upper chamber. He told his caucus he is very upset about the conduct of some parliamentarians - and the conduct of his own office.
