US Trucker Child Porn

A U.S. trucker is facing down a possible two-year prison term after he brought child pornography across the border earlier this year. Matthew William Emmerling of Columbus, Ohio pleaded guilty to a smuggling-related charge under the Customs Act Tuesday. Emmerling was arrested by Canada Border Services Agency officers on Jan. 17 while crossing over the border at Emerson.
