No Crosswalk for Swan River

It doesn't appear Swan River will be getting a crosswalk near the high school anytime soon. The project has been at a standstill for many months now, since provincial officials vowed to do another traffic count at the corner of Hwy 10 and 3rd street north, near the high school. A provincial spokesperson tells CJ104 that as of now, a crosswalk isn't in the 5 year plan for the province, but they will continue to monitor the situation and give the location consideration in future long term capital planning.
