Stadium Occupancy Permit

The Winnipeg Football Club has obtained an interim occupancy permit to hold a massive, interdenominational church service at Investor's Group Field this weekend. The city says the Club has been cleared to hold an event with up to about 27,000 people on Sunday. The Football Club and the city say they are in the final inspection stage before a permanent occupancy permit is granted.
