Chipman to Recieve Oder of MB

Mark Chipman will receive the province's highest honour for bring the NHL back to Manitoba. Lt.-Gov. Philip Lee announced Friday Chipman, along with 13 others, will be inducted into the Order of Manitoba during the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Year and 200th anniversary of the arrival of the Selkirk Settlers.
