Magic Show a Success

While the official numbers aren’t in yet, Benito School Parent Council is calling last weekend’s AbracaDAZZLE magic show a success. Parent Council President Faith Martin tells CJ104 that the show was nearly sold out. She adds that everyone she spoke to after the performance raved about it, saying that both children and adults were entertained and amazed by magician John Kaplan and his two lovely assistants. Martin says that whether they raised a hundred dollars or a thousand, all the hard work was worth it when they saw the smiles on children’s faces, and heard the laughter. The parent council works tirelessly throughout the year to provide students with hot lunches, field trips, supplies, and funding for countless other projects.
