A traffic note for drivers this afternoon. 11th Avenue North continues to be closed throughout this afternoon as Town of Swan River Public Works employees perform a water service installation. Superintendant Derek Poole says that the installation is expected to be completed today, with the street re-opening by eight this evening at the latest.
