Rocking Good Time!

The Swan River branch of the Royal Canadian Legion is trying to break a world record tomorrow, and it’s going to be a rocking good time. The club will be aiming to get their name in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most rocking chairs rocking at one time. The event gets underway tomorrow evening at 7:30, as the group will be rocking to the sounds of local band “One Eyed Jimmy.” It will be a parking lot party, and everyone is welcome. It’s family friendly entertainment, with balloons, face painting, and concession. You can still register your rocking chair, or donate by calling 734-3096.
