Cross Border Shopping Hurting Economy

A new report says cross-border shopping is costing the Canadian economy much more than believed and new rules raising duty-free limits will only make matters worse. The report also says that although the price gap has narrowed to 14 per cent on average from the 20 per cent, the cross-border shopping phenomenon appears to be intensifying.
