Possible Election Date Change

Manitobans could next be going to the polls in April of 2016 – instead of October 2015 – unless Ottawa changes its mind about the timing of its next election. The Selinger government introduced legislation today that would change the timing of the next provincial election as well as amend some provisions with respect to elections financing.
