Li Allowed into Selkirk

Vince Li is about to take his first steps back into the community. The Manitoba review board ruled Thursday that Li will be granted temporary passes that will allow him to walk out of the Selkirk Mental Health Centre for visits in the community. Li was found not criminally responsible for the July 2008 killing of Tim McLean near Portage la Prairie.
