The area affected includes the SVRSS and Spruce Products.  The downtown area saw a brownout when the issue occurred.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manitoba Hydro says the cause of the outage is a vehicle collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Much of the affected area is fed from an underground cable that passes under Highway 10 at the hydro substation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manitoba Hydro says 190 homes and businesses are without power. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The northern part of Swan River had lost electricity.
