Manitoba RCMP have announced they intend to close all major highways in Southern Manitoba as of midnight or when it begins to snow. It appears that highways in the Swan River area may not be immediately closed at midnight – the press release seems to apply more to the areas with a Winter Storm Warning or a Blizzard Warning.
