The winter storm raging in southern Manitoba is causing numerous power outages Saturday evening. As of 10PM more than 3,000 customers are without electricity – including almost all of Ste Rose.
Other outages are concentrated around Riding Mountain Park and Virden. There are however outages all across southern Manitoba.
