The northern part of Swan River had lost electricity. The area affected includes the SVRSS and Spruce Products. The downtown area saw a brownout when the issue occurred.
Manitoba Hydro says the cause of the outage is a vehicle collision.
Much of the affected area is fed from an underground cable that passes under Highway 10 at the hydro substation.
Manitoba Hydro says 190 homes and businesses are without power.
